shared balance in care

A community of people and organizations shaping gender equality after maternity.

When care is shared, equality becomes possible. We build this change by connecting parents, companies and institutions across Europe, creating a supportive community that turns maternity into an opportunity for balance and purpose.

The Care Economy

Shared responsibility is not only a challenge — it’s an opportunity. Together we are engaging men in care, raising awareness and co-creating campaigns that will lead to three Hackathons in 2026.
